1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrowLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Description of Service
GrowLab is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create virtual AI influencers, generate images, videos, audio content, and related marketing materials. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a credit system for content generation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use GrowLab. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@growlab.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Credits and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Credits are consumed when generating content. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Credit packs purchased separately do not expire and are not refundable once consumed.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GrowLab to:
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals without their consent
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors under any circumstances
• Impersonate real persons, brands, or public figures in a misleading way
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of the content you create using GrowLab, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Our platform: GrowLab, its logo, models, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
License grant: By submitting inputs to GrowLab, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
GrowLab uses third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We are not liable for any third-party claims arising from your use of generated content.
9. Platform Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately and your generated content may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
